Everyone can become a Galactico Privilege program member becoming a Galactico Privilege card or Galactico VISA card holder.

• In order to become a Galactico Privilege card holder, you must seek advice at any information desk at Galactico shopping centers Alfa, Origo, Galerija Centrs, Mols or Dole taking with you personal ID – a passport or a driving license – fill in the application form and pay the card issue fee. After successful completion of these tasks, the information desk administrator will issue a Galactico Privilege card to you!
• To become a Galactico VISA card holder, call: 1880, apply on-line: www.dnb.lv , apply using DNB Bank internet bank, or visit any DNB Bank’s branch.

A client can check the points accumulated in the Privilege program points account by visiting his/her profile on website www.galactico.lv or by presenting the card at any information desk at Galactico shopping centers Alfa, Origo, Galerija Centrs, Mols or Dole.

In case of Galactico Privilege card – points for registered purchases can be seen in the points’ account in 24 hours after purchase.

In case of Galactico VISA card – points for registered purchases appear in the points account within one working day after the money for purchase has been debited from the bank account.

A client must go to any information desk at Galactico shopping centers Alfa, Origo, Galerija Centrs, Mols or Dole taking along the Galactico Privilege card or Galactico VISA card and ID (a passport or a driving license). The information desk operator will delete the points accumulated in the account and will issue a Galactico Gift card to the client.

A client can withdraw the accumulated money from the Galactico Privilege program points account with the minimum of 5 points in the account. If during the points’ accumulation period client gathers less than 5 points – they will be deleted after points’ accumulation period ends.

Points can be gathered only during the announced points’ accumulation periods. The rest of the time clients’ can use discounts in over 380 shops in Galactico shopping centers

Yes, discounts in Galactico Privilege program are available all the time – irrespective to points’ accumulation periods. Discounts are applicable to the goods or services that are not already with discount or do not have some special offers.

Galactico Privilege card and Galactico VISA card cannot be used for purchase registration in post offices, banks, leasing companies and shopping centers’ information centers, as well as within certain shops that have not signed the agreement on Galactico Privilege card and Galactico VISA card serving.

Yes, Galactico Privilege card and Galactico VISA card are valid and participates in Galactico Privilege program during their validity period – irrespective to announcement of points’ accumulated periods. Galactico Privilege card and Galactico VISA card holder can participate in the unlimited number of points’ accumulation periods within the card validity period.

Yes, one client can have one Galactico Privilege card and one Galactico VISA card. Despite the fact that these cards are independent, purchases registered with these cards have been registered in a single Galactico Privilege program points’ accumulation account. In order to check gathered points or to exchange them to the Galactico Gift card – client can use any of these cards.

In order to become a Galactico Privilege card holder for 2 years, you have to cover the card issue costs in the amount of 7 LVL.

Galactico Privilege card is valid for 2 years from the day of purchase.

The annual fee of Galactico VISA card depends on the chosen payment card type: Dynamic VISA – 6.50 LVL/per year, VISA Classic – 12.50 LVL/ per year.

Galactico VISA card is valid for 3 years from the day of issuance (up till the end of the calendar month of card expiry date).

In order to renew an expired Galactico Privilege Card you should go to the information centre of a Galactico shopping centre, present your personal identification document and pay commission for card renewal as stated in the pricelist.  A new Galactico Privilege Card will be issued to you immediately.

When an expired Galactico Privilege Card is renewed, the points accumulated for the current point accumulation period will be transferred to the renewed card.

Upon renewal of the Galactico Privilege Car, a new password for the access to your customer profile is automatically generated and sent to you at the e-mail address indicated in the questionnaire. However, in order to gain access to your profile you may also use your previous password; please take into consideration that only the new card number will be valid.
